Director, Inside Sales
Jeff joins Abacode with over 14 years of leading, innovating, and scaling sales and business development departments. He has been recognized for consistently overachieving on quotas, goals, and expectations and has also been awarded Presidents Club repeatedly across his sales career. He is a lifelong learner with an insatiable passion for cybersecurity, technology, sales, business, and leadership.
You will find Jeff leading from the front, and building trust and collaboration across his teams and the entire organization. He brings with him expertise in tech stack evaluation, process refinement, and new solution implementation. After promoting 17 individuals across the last 8 years, Jeff has also proven his ability to inspire and develop others to uncover their greater potential and drive towards aspired career growth.
Jeff has been recognized by DDI as a Corporate Facilitator/Trainer and by McKinsey & Co as a Certified Sales Leader & Coach. In addition, he has contributed significantly to sales enablement, demand generation, marketing, and revenue operations in past organizations.
As Director of Inside Sales, Jeff will leverage his experience and knowledge to forge a pathway forward. His goal is to build out a best-in-class inside sales department through vision, strategy, accountability, and very intentional execution.
