The Director of Inside Sales is a new position at Abacode and will oversee our current team of 3 inside sales representatives, along with performing some of these activities himself/herself.  This position should also have experience managing outbound marketing campaigns with heavy knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, CRM and many of the technologies associated with running inside sales and outbound marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership to the inside sales team.
  • Assists the inside sales team with prospecting and lead generation.
  • Motivates and encourages inside sales team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Identifies and analyzes sales campaigns to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Assigns territories and sets quotas for inside sales teams.
  • Collaborates marketing team on outbound marketing efforts so that the inside sales and marketing team is in unison.
  • Collaborate with abacode Direct and Channel sales reps.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop, metrics, sales quotas and strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and lead generation experience and results
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Pardot, CRM and other inside sales/outbound marketing or related software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Business Administration, or related field
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • At least three years of lead generation and outbound marketing experience required.
